Our venue is located in the French Quarter, within walking distance of Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and many other places to stay. New Orleans has plenty of hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnbs to choose from, so feel free to explore the city’s options. In the past, we’ve stayed at these locations:
- Maison St. Charles – This hotel, which is in the Garden District, would probably require a cab ride to our venue, but does have its benefits. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, has a pool and hot tub, offers continental breakfast, and has a spacious outdoor courtyard.
- The Whitney Hotel – We stayed here during our most recent visit to New Orleans in October 2015. The hotel is a former bank and still has a bank branch attached to it. It is located right next to Lafayette Square in the business district. Although it is a hike, it is within walking distance of Canal Street and Bourbon Street.
- Olde Town Inn – This is a great option if you want to see a local side of New Orleans, away from the more touristy areas. Each room is unique and the hotel has a beautiful, albeit small, courtyard. This would be another instance where a cab would probably be necessary to get to our wedding venue.
Feel free to contact us with any questions, but as always, Google probably has better answers than we do.
